Our Executive Creative Director, Mick Mahoney, hired from BBH last year, is open, collaborative and multi disciplined with a strong track record of challenging the classic model of a 30” TV spot. Alongside Mick works one of the most awarded and innovative creatives in the world, Fernanda Romano, who is our Global Executive Creative Director of Digital and Experiential. Anthony Edwards, Mindshare’s former Head of Strategy is tasked with making channel strategy central to the creative process to ensure that our clients use all the opportunities the new media environment provides.
