| What's the best way to deal with abusive and threatening mailers/ callers? call in the police?

| Maybe don't call the police! Unless they are really threatening. It's best to just calmly ask them to stop with the abuse and if they dont, ask someone more senior than you to come on the line. Alternatively, just hang up, change your name, and change your locks!
