| I've seen the newspapers give away DVD's: anyone know the licensing restrictions on giving away DVD's with age limits?

| I would check this kind of thing with MCPS who deal with all license's to use DVD's and CD's as covermounts. MCPS protect the artists or the film makers and charge you fees which are passed back to the artists and filmmakers for you covermounting the DVD and CD. I am sure they will also advise on age limits etc too. Otherwise contact the British Film Institute.
