| I've briefed an event management company but their proposal completely misses the mark. Does anyone have any tips on better briefing? I clearly need some help!

| The main thing to to be really specific. If you have something particular in mind, you need to lay it out to them as if they know absolutely nothing. A good thing to do is keep reviewing what they are doing to make sure they are on track. Dont wait until the last minute!
